We develop art strategies and cultural development plans for large- and small-scale projects to build cultural partnerships and produce projects that are distinctive and memorable.
Through working with artists, designers and makers, we create real opportunities for a sense of place to be enhanced within both new and existing single buildings and large-scale complexes.
We work collaboratively, often through co-design processes, to build an authentic sense of narrative, place and distinctiveness across urban and rural environments.
From temporary installations to exhibitions and live experiences, we develop projects that create new and perhaps unexpected cultural perspectives.
Ginkgo Projects, on behalf of Avon Capital Estates, invites a sound-based artist to take part in a residency as part of the redevelopment of 40–46 Albert Road, Bristol.
Located in the St Philip’s Marsh area of the city, close to the River Avon and Temple Meads, this redevelopment will provide student accommodation and includes an enhanced public realm, including a publicly accessible riverside greenway.
Deadline to apply: 14th January 2026
