Ginkgo Projects are excited to be offering 6 local artist bursaries, funded by Bloor Homes as part of the public art commissioning programme for the King’s Gate development in Amesbury.

These artist bursaries will support 6 artists living in Wiltshire, to each make a new piece of work.  The bursary is intended to support the artist in developing their own practice whilst responding to the themes set out within the brief.

The bursaries are to fund time and materials to make new work.  The funding can also support additional practice development such as learning new skills, travel, research, building networks or collaboration.

The collective work resulting from these bursaries will be brought together within a publication that will be circulated within Amesbury in Spring 2019.

What: 6 bursaries of £2000.
When: Activity taking place between 23rd July and 10th December 2018.
