Shape Studio at Charlton Hayes
Shape Studio’s latest approved designs for a shelter at Charlton Hayes use an arrangement of triangles to create an interruption within the landscaped surroundings. The Shelter is constructed from a Richlite which is an incredibly durable and environmentally friendly material surprisingly made from paper. Developed over 70 years ago for industrial tooling, Richlite has evolved into an aesthetic and durable surface material with a wide variety of uses from aerospace, extreme sports and food prep to architecture and design.
New tree planters, seating and informal play is incorporated into the design.
